SWEET TATER PUFF

INGREDIENTS
2 medium sweet taters, cooked & peeled
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbs butter or margarine
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon mon
CRUNCHIE PRALINE TOPPING (see below, follows recipe)
Mash taters throughly. Add milk, sugar, eggs, butter, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Beat until well blended and creamy. Spread mixture in greased 9" pie
plate. Bake @ 400 for 20 min or until set.
Prepare crunchie praline topping while Puff bakes.
CRUNCHI PRALINE TOPPING
2 Tbs butter or margarine
/34 cup Cornflakes cereal
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Place all ingredients in bowl. Stir until mixture is uniform. Spread over cooked puff.
