Phil Oakey

Philip Oakey (aka Phil Oakey, born 2 October 1955, I'm a singer best-known as the frontman and co-founder of the popular synthpop band, The Human League. Founded in 1977 I also collaborated with record producer Giorgio Moroder on the album Philip Oakey & Giorgio Moroder which included the hit single "Together in Electric Dreams". (My personal favourite)In the early 1980s, The Human League had a highly distinctive visual style. I was particularly famous for my dodgy asymmetrical haircut, long on one side and cropped short on the other.
