David "D.I.L.L.A" Padilla grew up in bed-stuy Brooklyn, here he would rap with all the best underground artist the stuy has to offer. He once had a developement deal with now defunct label, Loud Records. Even though he has left the scene for a minute, he still possesses the lyrical capability to become a star in this music business. He now, with a group of his closest friends and family, is trying to do an upcoming independent album off of his own label, Now or Never Entertainment (there are still some legal matters that need to be worked through).
