I'm an upcoming junior at ECU (go pirates!) and if things go as I want, that will be changing within the next year and I'll be in Nursing School at Watts but only time will tell! God is love, and although sometimes my actions say otherwise he is my number one, my fortress and without him I would be nothing. I've found the saying "surround yourself with people you love being yourself with" makes life a whole lot better! My family and friends are without a doubt the best of the best. They are my solid ground and life without them simply wouldn't be worth living. I believe that laughter is the best medicine. Like Audrey Hepburn says "it cures a multitude of illnesses" which is a good thing because i laugh all the time, i find humor in everything! I'm a pretty easy going girl, the simple things make me happy, I go with the flow and I'm always making a fool of myself : ) I love love love the beach. Between the sun, the waves, the sand and the breeze it's the most calming place and i'm one happy girl when i'm there. But trust me I'm just as happy being by the lake, river, pond - whatever! I honestly love reading a good book, I just never have the time or take the time to do so. I'm one person who will admit when I'm wrong, I don't like to believe me, but I will, and when I apologize it's a real apology so take it to heart :) There's nothing better than a day out in the sun with the best people around. I love roadtrips, whether i have a destination or not. Just put some wheels under me and a road ahead of me and i'll go anywhere! I've learned that people are always taking things for granted- people, time, places, things - but we shouldn't. Nothing is guaranteed and we should never take anything for granted. So appreciate what you have right now and be happy for how blessed you are! It doesn't take a lot to amuse me but it takes a lot to keep my attention. I can't keep up with anything, I'd lose my head if it wasn't on my shoulders! I eat cookies like they are going out of style, I talk to myself, country music & beach music are obsessions, I can't go anywhere without my cell phone or chapstick, cheeseburgers are my favorite, I couldn't live without sweet tea or grandma's fried chicken, stargazing makes me happy, and I'm all about positivity and soaking up life for what its worth. Life is short, enjoy it!
as we drive along this road called life, occassionally a gal will find herself a little lost. and when that happens, i guess she has to let go of the coulda, shoulda, woulda buckle up and just keep going
