My name is Karl and i'm in my third year at Portsmouth University studying Illustration and im looking to work in either freelance illustration or graphic design. I have a passion for Images, love design and use alot of photography to underpinn my work. I tend to work in Acrylic, Ink, Collage, Silkscreen print and Pixels and alot of my work tends to use elements of Illustrator or Photoshop. My main inspiration comes from Chris Ware, David Ho, Dave Foldvari, Helloven (Von), Vault 49, James Mayall, N Conrad-Hansen,Katsuhiro Otomo work,Computer Arts magazine, Dave Mckean plus countless slasher horror films, Bruce Naumen and everyday social and political issues. I tend to have an opinion on all things and these tend to come out in my personal work.
