I own the best brasserie in the whole of 'little old men' town. We are open everyday and our Sunday roast is a wonder to behold. If you find a better one I'll give you your money back.
Here is my recipy for the perfect yorkshire puddings:
4oz Flower
2 Eggs
A pinch of salt
Milk
Heat up the oven to 220°. Mix flour, eggs and salt in a bowl then add the milk slowly and mix until you have a thick runny mixture, place in the fridge. Put the Yorkshire pudding tin in the oven with oil half filling each section for 15 minutes until the oil is very hot. Take it out an pour the mixture in each section. Place back in the oven and leave or 20 minutes. Take them out and eat.
