About Me

I pride myself in being an extremely hard worker and I work hard to be an all around good person. I am a proud parent who has learned that there is nothing more satisfying in life than to see your children succeed and know you have been instrumental in their success. The four most important people -- outside of my mother -- in my life are Allison, Heather, Meagan, and Henry. Each of them hold a place in my heart that no one can erase. It is hard to believe that my Alli is off on her wat to the University of Texas. I was hoping for Tech or A&M, but I guess UT will do. Now I have me an inside connection of whats happening on 6th Street! Woohoo! Then there is my step daughter Heather. She is now are John Horn Senior and this year is soooo going to rock for her. It is her year and I look forward to being a part of it. Heather is an awesome soccer player who I look forward to watching play ball at some fancy Univ! Now for my little man Henry. He is getting so big! It is hard to believe he starts school at the end of the summer. This kid has taugh me a lot about myself and I cannot wait to see him with his backpack and lunch box the first day of school. Last but by no means the least, there is Meagan. This is my girl! She has taught me that forgiveness is the way regardless of the transgression and I can say that it feels awesome to have a second chance. I promise to God I will not screw it up this time. She has taught me so much these past few months. I am finding comfort in her smile and an ease in her voice. Though her battle with cancer has been tough, she fights every day to prove she can and WILL kick this! We are attending college classes togehter when she is well and I find a great amount of enjoyment in being involved with something she finds fun.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

May sound a little weird, but I'd like to have met John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King. Both men were set on a course to make this Nation great...somewhere we took a wrong turn.
