Connie whitlock is a recording artist and the president of King Cat Music. She has two CDs to her credit and played in venues of thousands and as small as a coffee house few. Her experience is derived mostly of church worship teams and piano lessons but has been musically mentored by worship leaders like David Ruis, Kevin Prosch, and Daniel Brymer. She is versatile in her presentation in that she can play funk, blues, folk, rock. and more. You can find her leading worship at ladies retreats, small groups, and church services and giving performances with originanal tunes written by Connie herself and performed with her band "Airborne". Connie resides Missouri with her young family and runs King Cat Music at the side of her husband Bob Whitlock. Connie is now booking not only music gigs but is venturing into a speaking ministry. She has a volume of insight on Christian women in business while having a full family schedule.Connie grew up with a musical family. She started helping her family lead worship at conferences when she was nine years old. When entering into her teen years the writing of songs began with the tutoring help from her Father, Ken Coumerilh. Not long after that an interest in the guitar came and Connie wrote songs on this instrument along with the piano. At 19 Connie was discovered by internationally known worship leader and artist, Kevin Prosch. She played with him at conferences from Kansas City to California. After finishing a project with David Ruis she decided to settle down and have a family.As her family grew Connie's heart from music never died. She continued to write and record. In this period she along with birthing four children she also birthed KC Christian Music (.com) now King Cat Music. Now acting CEO and President of King Cat Music Connie helps artists realize their dreams as she is realizing her own. Connie has interviewed, lunched, or met artists like Michael W. Smith, Natalie Grant, Michael Tate, Linda Randel, Super Chick, Barlow Girls and many many more.
