Bridges of Madison County (every breathing female on the face of this planet loves it...), Les Apprentis, About Schmidt, Life of Brian, Aime Ton Pere, Fight Club, Donnie Darko, American History X, Natural Born Killers, American Beauty, A Beautiful Mind, Whale Rider, and - although I'm afraid to admit it, because it's somewhat unhealthy - I love most films with Jim Carrey
I don't watch much tv, especially not nowadays, but when I do, it's either Travel/Discovery/National Geographic/Animal Planet Channel, or things to numb my brain with... there's one series that i really like though: McLeod's Daughters (it's about sheep, dogs, alpacas and horses, so no wonder).
Unfortunately I do not get to read as often as I would like to, but when I do, I read things like Coelho, all books from Kuki Gallman (Hungarians, who read it, don't laugh, that's the poor old lady's name:), there's a book called Shabir and Shabira (I'll never be able to remember the name of the person who wrote it, let's call her X), 18-19th British literature in general, Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte, Lord of the Flies by W. Golding, Edgar Allan Poe, Whale Rider (again:) by Witi Ihimaera, and Hungarian authors. I just started a book by Neale Donald Walsch, called Conversations with God, it's really interesting...
