seeing Scotland win any sporting event oh, and Bolton Wanderers, the greatest Football Team in the UNIVERSE, and I like writing (prose and poetry) and I love books. And I like taking Maddie, my friend's dog, for walks... (even though Maddie is a "licker" and that's GROSS)
God. I think i have lots of questions...
i like the words more than the tune... because i'm a "words" kinda person...
dead poets society; good will hunting; the power of one; becoming jane (WOW WHAT A FILM!); serendipidy; kolya; amelie; circus (uk film); crash (the 2005 one); braveheart (although it was over-cheesed); an inconvenient truth. and then i suppose i like crusty cheese like Princess Bride, but who doesn't like Princess Bride? Basically, films that challenge me or want me to be different afterwards. Films that connect with something inside me and move me. Films that make my heart ache or yearn for something better. Films that fill my heart with pride and passion.
have watched a lot less TV since coming to aus coz the adverts do my NUT in! Historically, I've been an ER, CSI and Prison Break fan, but I can take them or leave them. My favourite show in Australia is Deal or No Deal :-) hehe And one day I will go on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, and win the million...
where do i start... all of them? errm: the unbearable lightness of being; the joke; the wisdom of crowds; a room of one's own; catcher in the rye; technopoly; slaughterhouse-five; blut auf der schönhauser allee; eats, shoots and leaves; anything by charlotte bronte; anything by jane austen; anything by shakespeare; anything by bryce courtenay; courageous leadership; le gloire de mon pere; le chateau de ma mere; the little prince; errm errm, how long can this list be?
