Raised in Brooklyn, New York, I was always taught that in order to succeed in life I would need to go to school, get good grades, graduate and go on to find a J.O.B. (just over broke) and then work for a BIG company for 40 years in order to retire with a pension. I decided to go against the grain when a gentleman explained how successful people get paid; his concepts were entirely different than what I was taught. He explained that 97% of the population will retire dependent on friends, family and the federal government for financial assistance. The other 3% of the population will retire at a much earlier age than 65 (the scheduled age) and be able to live very comfortable for the rest of their lives. These people have something called passive residual income, which means that they do something once and get paid over and over again on the same effort. With my mind opened to new ways of achieving success, I was lucky and fortunate enough to be introduced to the industry of direct sales. I used to have a traditional business in Howard Beach , NY and worked 84 hours a week. (The business owned me) I worked part time on my fortune and still full time on what paid the bills and my income of my part time thing went up and beyond what I was making at my tradional business. I decided to sell the business and go full time with a home based business. Since then I have also learned a tremendous amount of information about other people and also myself. You need to work harder on yourself then anything else!As my organization grew, I moved from New York and bought a beautiful condo in Ft Lauderdale, Florida, which fulfilled a life long dream of mine. I also purchased the car of my dreams and have been able to travel the world and help people build their own success. Just when I thought I truly had it all I met the girl of my dreams and life long partner (Or at least at the time). The only problem was that she lived in Reno, NV. I was never into long distance relationships so I moved out there to be with her and we have had a beautiful home in Reno. I would never just be able to pick up and go if I had a traditional job. Looking back, I am so grateful that I opened my mind to opportunity when it presented itself.Now I am back on the East Coast residing in Clifton , NJ and building an empire out here expanding a new functional beverage to the market.
