Sylvie Vartan born on August 15, 1944 in Iskretz, Bulgaria. She was married to Johnny Hallyday on April 12, 1965, they later divorced on November 5, 1980. She then later married Tony Scotti on June 2, 1984, they are still married today. She has one son, David Hallyday, and is Aunt to actor Michael Vartan. She is of American Heritage.Appeared at the Paris Olympia in early 1964, on the same bill as The Beatles - actually proving a bigger hit with the French audience, to the Beatles' surprise and upset. (The news that their new single "I Want To Hold Your Hand" had reached 1 in America boosted their spirits.)
