NICETIME

Formed in November 2006 by singer Kinga Ferencz and bassist András Koroknay, this new reggae band is dedicated to to spread the message and the spirituality that is found in all forms of reggae music. NICETIME is a team of musicians who are well experienced and well known from other bands of the Hungarian reggae scene. Their wide repertoire has a fresh new roots reggae & dancehall sound combined with flavours of some jazz and R’n’B. The polyphonic vocals, the serious rythm section and the outstanding skills of keyboard player Balázs Deseo contribute cutting edge sound and explosive stage presentation to the group. After some months of hard work and rehearsals, they have recorded their first demo which consists four songs. In the future, the band plans to take their music to more and more concerts and festivals to represent their new approach of reggae music to the music-loving audience. NICETIME is a kind of a musical experience which may reach new horizons in the Hungarian and the international reggae scene.
