the Idrens

UPDATED 2/22/2008: Greetings, thanks so much for taking your time to check out the Idrens. This page is actually a tribute to the band since we all decided to part ways in early 07. Many of the recordings were lost and unfortunately, these are the only two songs still around (Both were recorded in late 2006 in Long beach, Ca), and our drummer isn't on either of them. We were a punk/ reggae/ dub band based in North County San Diego. The band consisted of 3 members, Noah "Pesca-vegan" Strickland, Jon "Rootsrok" Benbow & J-Byrd. Our drummer J-Byrd made the cross country journey to rejoin forces and continue the legacy once known as the Idrens and we played again for roughly 4 months before throwing in the towel for good. The Idrens WILL NOT reform or ever play live again but all members are working with other bands and/ or side projects at the moment. It was a fun journey and this is the end of the Idrens.
