using my inside voice...bubbles even in baths... fruit in bowls, cups and hands.... caffeine in most forms.
I dont believe in owning guns but i do believe in owning knives, with knives there is going to be a chase which is good for the cardiovascular system.......
Most of the time I want to lay on the beach and sink into the sand.... waiting for high tide to take my body.... or walk on moss with bare feet... or find grassy knolls to hide away in.... or get lost in the woods.... or drive really far, really slowly....
The old ladies we appropriately name "silver back", a full night sleep and naps and hibernation....LOUD music....being busy.....being short....being helpful...
