DOUBLE D has established itself in the dnb scene as a serious promotion team who always deliver a great night! Double D Promotions was formed June 2006 between a group of friends N1 , DAN D and DJ SUBLOW After holdings four small but very succesful events in there local town and acquiring DJ SUBLOW to the Double D Promotions camp Double D then found a new home somewhere they could put on bigger nights with top dj's and mc's , STUDIO 3 - BURY ST EDMUNDS. The first event 3rd March 2007 had MC EKSMAN , MC HERBZIE and CRISSY CRISS headlining the main room with ELLIS DEE in room 2 and was a major success!!! Double D continued to put more great nights on at Studio 3 with more top dj's mc's including GENERATION DUB , S.BASSLINE SMITH , YOUNGMAN MC , KENNY KEN (3times) , CRISSY CRISS(4times) , GARY K , MC PRESHA , MC SKIBADEE , BRYAN G , DJ SPARXX , BROCKIE , DJ SS , FATMAN D and MC EKSMAN for the second time. After all the great success enjoyed at STUDIO 3 DOUBLE D PROMOTIONS moved to a bigger venue being THE ROYAL HOTEL , SOUTHEND! With the larger capacity allowing for bigger line ups DOUBLE D put a massive line up on including SHABBA D , EKSMAN , JUICEMAN , KENNY KEN , CRISSY CRISS and MC DET. The night was rammed with 500+ ravers ( check the pictures 29th Febuary 2008 )With the second event taking place on the 13th of June and attracting a turn out of 500+ with 2 rooms of drum n bass / old skool this again was a huge event. Main room KENNY KEN , BROCKIE , CRISSY CRISS , SKIBADEE , EKSMAN , JUICEMAN , LOGAN D and room 2 hosting the RATPACK , JUICEMAN and KENNY KEN.The 8th August saw what was arguably the biggest line up to date with MC TRIGGA , BASSMAN , JUICEMAN , GENERATION DUB , TAXMAN , DJ PLEASURE , GARY K , PRESHA , COMPLEX and HARRY SHOTTA make there way to the Royal Hotel for another great night despite the slightly lower turn out than usual 300+..We have more nights planned with more great line ups , check the bottom of this page for the next Double D night.{}I made this myspace background at
