9 mile jog/run... my tennis shoes are retired!!!

Nice day to run, but now I'm paying for it! My hips, thighs, calfs and the rest ache like crazy. From Kent Fred Myers to Renton Fred Myers, which is 4.5miles one way. I"ll have to see how I feel ...
