ABSINTHE is the heady lovechild of Emma Cabrera (aka DJ Mouse), a lovely lady who has a dream - A place where creative space, music, coffee, fine liquor, food and desserts combine with an Old World feel to make Absinthe the most intriguing, inviting venue in the Triangle. Absinthe will change the way music venues, bars, cafes, bistros, art galleries, etc, work and operate. Instead of being separate entities, Absinthe will combine all three ... Cafe and art gallery during the day, and at night great music, either live alternative music or resident DJ's. Artistic expression and culinary delights are Absinthe's passion and priority. ABSINTHE is all about atmosphere!
