About Me

I was born in Dallas, TX and grew up in Tennesee. I graduated from Berry College in Rome, GA. After college, I moved to NYC to work with a non-profit. I met the love of my life, TOV (pronounced like "stove", no "s"), while we were working together in NY. He was the man of my dreams in every way and we married in 1998. We aren’t perfect, but there is no one I’d rather have by my side as we travel down this road of life. He truly is my best friend. Our first child, Josiah (means God is our foundation), was born July 14, 2004. He is all boy and loves anything that makes loud noises- airplanes, motorcycles, dump trucks… the list goes on! He has a sweet spirit and also makes us laugh every day.Our daughter Sephina (means God’s abundant blessing) was born April 25, 2006. She is feisty, adorable and full of curiosity about her world. Josiah better look out, because she’s hot on his trail! You can see them both in my pictures.I am blessed to be able to stay home with our kids to help them to grow up to be the very best people they can be. I can’t imagine not spending each day with them and watching all the little changes that happen each day. They are amazing!I’ve done a lot of work with different non-profits, some with a Christian base, some without. I feel the greatest fulfillment in reaching out to others and meeting a need. There is nothing quite as exciting to me as spending time with someone who is seeking Truth, teaching them, seeing the light bulb pop on over their heads, and watching them be transformed as God permeates their lives. What else am I excited about? My husband is TOV - The Entertainment Industry Chaplain . He has an incredible vision to help support and encourage people in the Industry. As he is delving into that world, he is finding so many people hungry for friendship and spiritual guidance. We have a unique perspective and ability to help others in the Entertainment Industry, because we’ve been there and we know so many of the wonderful highs and the crushing lows. We actually were part of a music group in our early marriage and we lived on a bus for 18 months! Whew! While I’m totally ecstatic that experience is behind me, I am grateful for all I learned. Now, I can’t wait to see what the future holds! If I can be of any assistance to you or if you just want to talk, please do not hesitate to email me. I’m always happy to chat! .." style="position:absolute;top:0px;left:0px;" border=0 alt=""

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Pierce Brosnan- he's got the coolest hair! I confess, I was in love with Remington Steele when I was 12!Peter Jackson- I would just love to say thank you to him for making such a fantastic trilogy in the Lord of the Rings. It's a masterpiece! So few movie makers can produce something that comes close to being as wonderful as the literature that it was inspired by but he did it!People who challenge my thinking and inspire me to learn and grow and be a better person.

Thoughts on faith

The nonbeliever says: "Show me God and I will believe in Him." The believer answers: "Believe in God and He will show Himself to you." - Michal Paul RichardWhat do you think about that?
