AS LONG AS YOU KNOW THE NAME..

About Me

AIM= KINGZMENCEO
Born and bred in South Central Los Angeles, Chris Hutch has music in his blood. With an upbringing in a musical family, Chris Hutch began experimenting with musical ideas and discovering his ear for music at a very young age. By three years old he was already composing simple melodies on the piano to the surprise of close relatives. Later on, along with normal schooling, Chris Hutch endured a few years of formal piano lessons. This "training" gave Chris Hutch the basis for what he would devote himself to; production, composition, and songwriting.
Chris earned his first major label production credit on Angie Stone’s 2007 release “The Art of Love & War” on Stax Records. However, rather than limiting himself to one specific genre of music, Chris Hutch keeps his options open, boldly stating "I do it all". Chris Hutch focuses on making universal music and using the best elements of hip hop, r&b, rock, jazz, dance, classical, and other inspirations. With the strong belief that a song should have a definite topic and direction, he brings the main thing that is lacking in today’s urban music market: Diversity. "There are more sides to hip hop than what is being currently portrayed in the mainstream" says Hutch. Truly stated.
View Chris Hutch as more than just a producer. As an artist in the up-and-coming underground West Coast scene, and as CEO of his own label Kingzmen, Chris Hutch understands the struggle from the inside out. The independent label’s first release, "Los Angeles Times" moved over 2000 copies in the streets and on the internet. His album will be titled "Cross Town Money".
Chris Hutch is capable of competing with any "big name" artist on any level because he already considers himself a "Heavyweight" in his own league. While producing, writing, arranging, engineering, and mixing his own music Chris Hutch continues to make progress as he learns to maneuver in this ever-changing industry. However, with youth on his side, he is well on his way to the top.
