A playwright trying to find time to write, looking for new people whose lives I can steal for my work. In New York, you have to serve a bunch of different masters (work, friends, writing, the MTA, etc.) and I do this cheerfully. I've also managed to create a little corner to call my own. I've been told I'm nice without being boring to which I said, "umm, thanks." But she knew what she was talking about. She meant it in a nice, loving way. I love the theater and find a way to stay out of them as much as possible. Whenever youw write these things, you look inside and say, "what am I like?" Well mind your own business. Oh, that was mean.
