Razor Rekta is a cutting edge DJ who originates from the suburbs of West London. He had started his journey at the age of 14, before landing his first radio show on Delight 103.0FM (Saturdays 10-12PM) with Livin' Legends in 1999. This was a regular show for 4 years before moving to Freeze 92.7FM in 03/04, where he had been working with the infamous Dynasty (Mondays 10-12PM) and the likes of artists such as MC Hyperactive (Sundays 6-8PM)....not to mention his DJ/Production team Anti Social Entertainment....which is his home.
Razor Rekta parted ways with Freeze 92.7FM in 2006 and is now a resident on London's Rinse FM. Since 1999, he has been fortunate enough to have guested on many other radio stations such as Radio 1xtra, Heat FM, Raw Mission FM, React FM, Lush FM, Ice Cold FM, Platinum FM, Major FM.com, Hektik.TV, ....to name but a few....Having been a DJ in the UK garage industry for approxiametely 10 years, he has now moved away from other genres of the music (grime etc) and is solely concentrating on the dubstep/breakstep scene to push the level of DJ's up a notch in addition to breaking the sound through further boundaries. The successful movement of Anti Social has brought about performances at some of the most highly recognised events in the UK (and abroad) such as DMZ, Forward, Subdub and the '5 days off' festival in Amsterdam.Anti Social Enterainment are a band of cutting edge DJ's and Producers hailing from West and North West London. This group is already receiving attention from some major headz on the underground urban music scene. Their sound is crafted by the producers of the group who are already working with some major people in the industry. The DJ's of the group are sort after and are themselves getting some BIG playouts in and around London. Anti Social Entertainment are looking to become one of the biggest names in the Industry. As a group, Anti Social would love to work with the stars of the now and the future. Don't get it twisted, just because it says on this site that their music is Hip-Hop, Garage, Progressive; that is not all of it - they love music and are influenced from Grime to Soca, Jazz to Blues, Indie to Drum and Bass, Hip-Hop to Rock. To list the influences Anti Social have it would take a second Myspace site to encompass it all.We are currently on the look out for artists who have that special something that makes them different. We are also interested in getting involved with artists who are in the process of developing a sound and are looking to work with a group of producers and DJs, which you can imagine have a vast array of sounds. We love the U.K. and recognise that this is our home however we would like to work with talented people overseas 'The World is Our Stage'. Look out for more and support this new exciting group.
