Combining the awesome trademark of crunchy guitars through Marshall Amps with driving, hard hitting drum beats with a mixture of undeniably infectious vocal melodies and tasty harmonies, Bloodroot has begun to define their own style which while influenced by many is perfectly suited to today's music world - darkly melodic hard rock with a touch of psychedelia. Drawing on inspiration provided by everybody from the Black Sabbath and the Beatles to Kurt Kobain and Alice In Chains.
Bloodroot is Johnny Young on lead vocal and guitars, Roman on bass and backing vocals, and Karl Wilcox - one of the best drummers out there.
