About Me

Formed in early 2007, DSO was originally a four piece group. After replacing their first bassist, they soon picked up a lead guitarist that eventually helped to round out the sound DSO had been searching for. Dead Silent Orchestra has worked tirelessly to gain the following they have today, and it shows. They have played all the popular local hangouts relentlessly and have started to book shows across the state of Michigan.
People have been heard describing DSO as this:
" They sound like Chevelle and Breaking Benjamin fighting to the death, while Nonpoint and Deftones take the bets."
" Straight forward, in your face rock."
The goal of DSO is to take the modern "mainstream" sound and put their own twist on it.
Fans of DSO are loyal to both the band and the ever growing local music scene. With out a doubt, DSO is ready to take the next step and breakout of the local scene. Whether it be indie or major, DSO has the potential to exceed the standards of making music for the masses.
