Kevin Smith's movies are at the top of my list--Clerks, Clerks II, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma, and Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back. After that I would have to say - Pan's Labyrinth, Goodfellas, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Tombstone, The Usual Suspects, Fletch, the Star Wars movies, Airplane, Reservoir Dogs, Scarface, and of course any movie with Gina Gershon!
I don't watch much television any more but the little bit I do I would say Law & Order:SVU, Will & Grace, The Shield, and Family Guy.
