(Howl of the)fogmonster

I’ve been writing songs and playing guitar purely for my own amusement since 1990. I started recording onto a four track machine (Yamaha MT4X) in 1996 and progressed to a computer based recording system in 2000; Cakewalk SONAR then CUBASE VST. I presently use sonar 7 through an EMU 1820M and EMU Xboard 61, though none of the Xboards package software works at 64bit so it's left to sonar to provide some of my future sounds; however, my prefered method is to use real intruments which- since selling my drum kit- are guitar; bass; keyboard; violin; banjo; harmonica; recorder; voice and anything that makes an interesting sound. I have a liking for art, writing and learning new stuff.
