Lullabies & Cocktails

About Me

Firedance
Clip from New Song
The roots of Lullabies & Cocktails lie within the small stage of Armstrong Concert Hall at Shenandoah University. Four free spirited musicians gathered there every week to experiment with their own diverse sounds and their potential, a synthesis of what could be. With singer Jeremy Colbert's powerful but soothing voice and creative twist on acoustic guitar, John "Fatman" Terrell's razor-sharp lead licks laced with piercing melodic streaks, Jacob Berg's seamlessly fluid drum rhythms, and Jonathan Van Nest's firm but forgivingly melodic basslines, a new musical abstract was about to be drawn. Setting out to "..free your mind..." with deep lyrics, heartwrenching melodies, driving rhythms, and more fun than you can fit in a Fatman's belly.....come on, laugh, you know it was funny..... Lullabies & Cocktails serves it's own sense of music on a silver platter to this crazy world we call home.
