DJ Tippa started off his music career in the early 90’s playing Jungle(Drum & Bass) while working at a local Private radio station.
Tippa’s love for the music led him to more up & coming DJ’s also mixing in different music styles.Summer of 2000 was when DJ Tippa’s music style changed from UKG to US House. Taking a break from the scene to stock up on his record collection & work on his technical ability Tippa later hook up with Jonny C @ Decks maniacs who was having his opening night @ J2 in Bolton and gave Tippa a warmup set. (NICE 1 Jonny C !!!)2005 was a good year for DJ Tippa as he played at 1 of his favourite Clubs 2Kinky with the like of Anton Powers & Nick Hussey. Shortly after that DJ Tippa was given the opportunity to play @ Untitled 3rd Birthday Boat Party which then lead to mores sets on the boat & at Liquid Rock.Tippa was later invited back to 2Kinky to complete more successful sets with the likes of Stu Allan, Gary Marto, Huey, Anton powers.With Tippa’s confidence rising behind the decks he then entered Rude’s Superstar DJ Comp 2006 @ Buddha bar Oldham. After impressing the judges will his mixing ability & tune selection, Tippa made it to the finals which was a big achievement as he now has the confidence to work a crowd with the sweet Funky/Elektro sounds they call HOUSE.
To date DJ Tippa now a resident @ Rude & looking to go on tour with RUDE ROCKS to Ibiza. DJ Tippa continues to work hard & always delivers to keep the Dance floors Rocking..
