The name, Risa, means "full of joy and laughter." I'm a person that truly lives up to that definition. I love to laugh and joke around with my friends and my family.Basically, me in a nutshell is a cool chick from around the way that doesn't deal with other people's BS and even though you may not know it, I can read people pretty well. Television:

Here are some new shows I've added to my lists: MIND OF MENCIA ("No Carlos, No" & the ever so popular "Dee Dee Dee") & SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE. Anything on VH1, Queer As Folk, Chappelle's Show, E! True Hollywood Story, American Idol, Howard Stern, Tom and Jerry, MXC (Most Xtreme Challenge-Japanese game show on Spike TV), and the News (only the first ten minutes......I'm only interested in the headlines)

Books:

"The First R" is my all-time favorite book! I had to read this book for Sociology Class and I've read it 3 times now. Lately, I've been reading books about the history and the cultural influences of Chicago. These books have been my "train-ride literature" during the weekdays. I also love reading Encyclopedia Brown and You Be the Jury. Brings me back to 4th grade again.
