I've been employeed full-time as a Data Processor with an insurance firm for 5 1/2 years. I attend college part-time where I'm majoring in Psychology. I joined the Tennessee State Guard in 2000 and returned in 2008 after going I.R.R. in 2004. I'm also a belly-dance student.

My parents wanted me to become a stripper when I was younger, but I refused to become what my parents wanted and rebelled! Our family had some friends who were exotic dancers and made well over $1,000.00/Week. My parents encouraged me to apply for a position as a dancer at the local night clubs and I refused. In my rebellion I joined the Tennessee State Military, went to work full-time in corporate America, and enrolled in college. I hope to complete a Masters Degree in Psychology and become a Research Psychologist. Ha, me become a dancer?! Pfft. I sure showed them! If my parents weren't sincere in their encouragement of me to become a stripper, that was the most brilliantly twisted piece of a reverse psychology I've ever encountered! Good thing they didn't tell me to become a doctor instead.

I've had a couple of photographs published in 3 books as well as having a few articles published in the former Tennessee Military Gazette. I hope to get more photography published, and write a book as well. If I don't become a Research Psychologist I'd like to become an addiction counselor in a rehab clinic.
