About Me

Eve is from Sunderland in the Northeast of England; 6 feet tall, charismatic, one of the best live performers around according to Billboard Magazine. She speaks French, German, Italian; writes lyrics, writes childrens books and sings grand opera on her days off ! Eve has studied drama; english literature and has travelled the world extensively. She made a lasting impression in the US following her 22-state highly acclaimed tour there. She was produced by close friend Boy George who wrote such club hits for her such as ..Love Come Down.. and ..You Can Have It All... Ken Hensley of Uriah Heep fame asked her to perform the ballad "Think Twice" on his autobiographical album "Blood On The Highway". Eve is currently working on a new album which is being produced and co-written by her husband Yves Poli and long standing friend and fellow musician Uli Heinzler. They have put together a new live project by the name of "Galacteve" (see www.galacteve.com). Their sound is a mixture of house, electonica and rock."Music is a great healer and communicator and with the love and support of the people you love: you can achieve more than you think. If you believe in yourself; others will believe in you." Eve
