About Me

Considered by some to be the world's latest bloomer, Barb is a self-taught guitarist who now makes a living teaching music classes for pre-schoolers at various city community centres. In 2005 she released "Rootin' in the Attic", the CD who's tracks are featured here. Being a big proponant of traditional songs, she also performs for seniors around the city. A song writer as well, Barb is now fulfiling her need to perform for and with peers. Armed with not only her own songs, but cover tunes which number in the hundreds, she hosts a sing-a-long type night where patrons can request from a list. Currently working on her first original recordings (mp3s will be updated as ready) and performing at locales about town, one thing is for sure...she's still blooming.
