Smooth airy ballads. Songs about nature and the passions. Melancholic perceptions of the self, pre-synaptic inhibitions, post-receptive masochism for the misantrope. The sound can be found in the breathing room between lounge, trip hop, and ambience, influenced by the traditional ballads of our ancestors. The first release "The Nothing Underground" touches on a wide variety of styles while maintaining a unity. The album’s wide range of genres flows smoothly, a dystinct quality of the production style of Inspired12. Several artists are featured throughout the soundscapes, including but not limited to drummervato, la lola, and jim tones from the armfar collective.

Happy new year to everyone, The Nothing Underground is now available at the armfar website as a free digital download. I am in the process of writting new songs, as well as collaborating with blackfield asylum, razorbox, and creating a new portafolio site. I hope 2007 finds you some great things.

The lack of updates is inversely related to the amount of things we have going on at the moment. We are in talks with The Man, about the possibility of releasing TheNothingUnderground by the end of the year, on the MFAR label. We will be playing some shows at some undisclosed locations during the month of November.

the armfar collective has found a cello player. His name is Peter Blackwell, a multi-instrumentalist from cypress. Also, there are a few artists doing remixes of our music, that will enventually be featured on our page.
