Leah's Momma first and foremost!JESSE PROPOSED TO ME FRIDAY NIGHT, JULY 27TH IN THE MOST ROMANTIC SETTING POSSIBLE!! HERE IS THE STORY: That Friay evening I am blind folded and driven to a "secret location" on Coronado Island. We arrive and I am still blind folded. Jesse gets me out of the car, walks me to the sidewalk and takes off the blind fold. With beautiful downtown San DIego all lit up as the backdrop, there were rose petals leading lining the walk way up to "our spot," a table was set up with a bucket and bottle of cider (no alcohol in public), and a vase of my favorite flowers! We sat and talked while wrapped up in eachother's arms (I have no idea what's coming, because Jesse does sweet and romantics things for me ALL the time). Then he jokes about a proposal, take another ring off my hand that was an earlier gift, puts it into a box and puts the box in his pocket. He gets down on his knee, I still think he's joking, and insist he get up off the ground because people walking by are starting to stop (mind you, we did a fake proposal just for laughs with some friends)! He beging to tell me how much he loves me and Beez. That he wants to be with me for the rest of his life and how much I mean to him, and how happy he is. I still think he's joking and continue to tell him to get up! He then said, "I'm not getting up until you say yes!" He pulls the box out of his pocket and opens it! There is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen! (He's a magician, switching boxes in his pocket) I begin to say, "No way! No way! Are you serious!?!!" He asked if I was saying no? I said, "No! Yes, Yes, of course I will!!" OF COURSE I SAID, "YES!!!!!" SEE MY RING ON JESSE'S PIC IN MY FRIENDS LIST!!! And now the planning begins. We are getting married in San Diego in April 2008, but a party will follow later in Fresno.Now, about ME! I am Jesse's soon to be wifey, his lover, and his best friend....! I live in beautiful, ever so sunny San Diego with my babies. I got a new job, still in San Diego, but its a more clam M-F! Soccer mom on the weekends (Go Purple Panthers)! LOVE shopping, spending time on the beach, watching the sunset in La Jolla and the lights come on downtown from our spot in Coronado (Where we got engaged!)! Love to watch football on my big ass wide screen TV with an ice cold beer and with my B****!! ;) I don't care what you haters say, it's all about the OAKLAND RAIDERS!! My dad and bro are so proud of the chick I turned out to be or not be! And Jesse loves it too!**Update** Loving life, Beez, & Jesse as always! Beez is playing soccer (Scored a goal last game!!!!!), doing tap, jazz, and theater at school. Keeping Jesse and me busy, busy, busy! Jesse is still workin at my bro's station and he is happy to be back in radio! Now we both work way too much! Love and miss you all north of us! I'M ENGAGED!!!!
