Better known to most as, "EVA THE DEVA", Some of you may remember me as a performer at various bars and night clubs in Wilkes-barre PA and the Pocono Mountains in the early to mid 90's. I also was the president of the "Calendar Girls" project for the Wyoming Valley Aids council back in 1997. It featured many of the leading drag personas of the time and each bar/nightclub in the area at the time sponsored a diva of their choice. If you remember a bar called "Selections" on public square, that is who sponsored me, I was Ms October, dressed ala 1920's gypsy flapper garb. My biggest accomplishment was my own cabaret show entitled: "Divas to the Dancefloor" which got rave reviews and showcased the Ne Pennsylvannias finest in entertainmnet and talent and glamour like never before. This was similar to a "La Cage aux faux" female impersonator Revue and even went on tour to places like "The Woodlands Inn & Resort" & "Ceasar's Palace" . Unfortunately I never met Trump, Otherwise, I would not have a myspace.com, I'd have my own darn website by now, Thank god for myspace.com LOL! I also was a featured writer in a local Alternative Magazine entitled, " SPANK ", where I kept the community up on the latest in gossip and grapevine hearsay in my column entitled, "The Garden of Eva". I feel like a trailor girl who's has deffinitely had her journey around the outside around the outside...Let's just say, I have since moved on to other artistic endeavors in my life, But In the Spirit of Drag and Diva-liciousness, I will be making appearences here and there from time to time (Hopefully on TV and the silver screen, not just in the alleyways and dumpsters...) But Anywho I decided to make a site to share the memories and footage and photos of the good times we all shared. I hope you enjoy my memoirs and I hope to post more real soon. If you have photos or footage from past events, please email me and I would be happy to see them. I will have fun just meeting friends from the past who stop by to say hello and so on, on my space.
