Elder Renee L. Sheltonhas been a charter member of New Spirit Revival Center since 1994. She was the first female ordained as Elder of New Spirit Revival Center by Drs. Darrell & Belinda Scott.Elder Shelton is an anointed minister of the gospel who possesses a gracious disposition and consistent love for all of God’s people. She has an unwavering faith in God and she strongly believes in divine healing. That faith has given her a desire to see the healing power of God manifested in the lives of His people. Elder Shelton is a native of Cleveland where she attended Shaw High School as well as Cleveland State University. She is a single parent with one son, Darian.She has assisted in developing the Women’s Educational Mentoring Alliance, a program founded by Dr. Belinda Scott to empower women from all walks of life, to become all that they can be in the Kingdom of God. She has also helped to establish the Cuyahoga Council for Community Urban Redevelopment and The Pastor Belinda C.
