Hello and welcome to the Surface my space place.Whilst never slotting comfortably into the pretty-boy indie category, the band have notched up some impressive support slots in their time, such as PJ Harvey, Echo and The Bunnymen, Turin Brakes, Lowgold and Haven.Due to house moves and other stuff, things have been quite over the last couple of years but after a couple of beers Gaz and Paul may put some material out to the listening public either as Surface or maybe in some other guise.So, please take a listen to some demos which never saw the light of day but may get the opportunity in the near future.We have left a couple of our favourite recordings on as well, for those who like themSurface - "The melodic, guitar-based pop they trade in, combines lyrical intelligence with a layered, powerful musical backdrop, that never fails to intrigue or inspire"Thanks for visiting
