Vesta is a Roman fire goddess. She is the Mother goddess of hearth and home. It was believed that she dwelt in the home's fireplace, thus ensuring warmth and comfort in the home. You can call upon her to aid you with your relationships, family, career, home and any aspect of your life.
Sophia is the Gnostic and Judaic goddess of wisdom. She is a Mother goddess of creation. Some believe she is the mother creator of the Elohim and the angels. You can call on her to aid you with clear thought and wisdom in all situations.
I call upon both goddesses, Vesta and Sophia, to assist me and this site with wisdom, confidence and Divine guidance.

I grew up a Navy brat, moving from town to town, state to state, country to country. I was born in Sicily while my dad was stationed there. I still feel an affinity - a bond, even - for that country.
