I was born in the USSR in 1964. First time I heard The Beatles in 1972 , from that moment my life was changed forever ! I went to a music school in 1974 & studied classical guitar for four and half years, but few month before the final exam I quit, coz classical music was quite boring for 14 years young boy, who just found, how to play Rock & Roll :-) ...Then it was Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix and so on… My first record I bought in 1976, it was Carlos Santana “Abraxas” , from that moment I can’t stop to collect music. Very first band I formed when I was 14 years, it was very funny experience, then it was other group named V.O.S. still got pictures & some songs on small tapes, same time I played on dance party’s, restaurants, school proms… but always in English, in those days it was quite dangerous. My parents was a little afraid that’s I can turn myself in to the music & send me to a Military High school… Seven years of my life was dedicated to high education, I became Military Psychologist… but music get in to my heart so deep, that nothing can change my decision to become professional musician… In 1988 I became one & still in music business till this days. From 1988 – 97 I sing in lot’s of groups, but my biggest inspiration was Byelorussian group “Inspector”, but when we split in 1993, I create my favourite project “Rouble Zone” and get quite fast to the TOP… lot’s TV appearances, Gigs, Festivals, even played support act for Deep Purple in 1996 on the one of the biggest Football Stadium”Dinamo” in Kiev. Released in 1996 only album “Put your money, now!” and got Crystal Rock Crown ( in Belarus it’s like a Grammy ) And won four nominations out of six! What makes me a “King of Rock” for whole year…! But in 1997 I leave all my fame behind and move to Belgium. Belgium is a very small country & showbiz is quite slow. It’s already more then 10 years like I live in this wonderful country. Still writing songs for some Belgium artists, have quite good professional recording studio, time to time perform in different places, but still have a dream to record my own album, coz I got so many songs, I found my style, not yet the right sound but I’m working on it :-) And I feel like, I’m on my way back to the TOP!Myspace Graphics
