Universal Rhythm Assembly is a groundbreaking festival, the 3rd annual Universal Rhythm Assembly will take place on June 26th & 27th 2009, in Peoria IL at the Peoria Riverfront Festival Park. Universal Rhythm Assembly is brought to you by Jay Goldberg Events and Entertainment, Central Illinois’ premier concert, festival and special events producer which brings you annual events such as the Illinois Blues Festival, Grand Nationals Weekend, Summer Camp Music Festival, and many other events.

Universal Rhythm Assembly is a two-day music festival with a twist. We will be presenting a variety of music with a worldly vibe, and an opportunity for people to listen "outside the box." Also, to enhance the experience, we showcase many different special interest groups involving everything from the ecosystem we live in to issues that involve the world as we know it. We are offering places for workshops and booths to expand the mind. Of course, no exciting festival would be complete without great food and spirits.
