Having produced many established artists throughout his career, this gave Donte and his production team the ability tostart his own production company, allowing him to produce his own emerging artists as well. The possibilities since then have become endless. Donte Boss has secured a position for himself in the music industry, becoming recognized and accepted, not only in the United States, but Germany and Japan as well. Always with a positive attitude, great ear for music and a very business oriented mindset, it is without a doubt that he will continue to "produce the world" one hit at a time.
As an independent music production company based out of Los Angeles, CA with a complete in-house production team, we are able to maintain complete creative control and ownership of all music projects. We have exclusive management and production arrangements with the artists we represent.
01 FACTOR MUSIK is the evolution of experience and contacts obtained through major record entities such as Sony Music, MJJ, SDM (Warner Chappel), BMG Europe, New Deal Records (John Singleton), BET, Edmonds Entertainment, and EMI.
The main concept is to cultivate and produce our own emerging artists, as well as established artists we choose to collaborate with. Marketing campaigns would be designed to promote our artists in high profile multi-media, by utilizing our own resources as well as corporate sponsorships.
The talent we represent cover multiple genres including street/urban pop, R&B, neo-soul, hip-hop, rock, jazz & and crossover styles to define entirely new genres. Our group of artists is based on cultural and musical diversity. Each artist has a unique style and distinctive persona.
The type of music we choose to specialize in is clearly dominating the world market. We intend to exploit the overwhelming demand by creating music that is both ground breaking and highly marketable, through a form of conscious capitalism. This would be achieved by the remarkable talent represented by our company, from the artists to the management and production team, as well as our associates and resources. We are fortunate to be part of a community of key industry players, many of whom we consider friends and family. This network is a major resource, which extends to ever more resources.
In our example of conscious capitalism, we aim to create opportunities, cultivate talent, and produce music with definite mass market appeal. The formula is simple. What we are working to achieve is, to provide opportunities to talented artists, while structuring joint ventures that are mutually beneficial to our investors and industry associates, as well as to our own company.
