Gordon’s Shed

About Me

Located outside of Worcester, MA, in the shadow of the infamous Long View Farm Studio, Gordon's Shed has built its expanding reputation helping create outstanding and affordable recordings for bands seeking a relaxed atmosphere with an attention to detail. Run by lifelong-musicians Matt Bilz and Justin Steuer, Gordon's Shed handles each recording with a fresh breath of interest, striving to give each band its own identity and sound.
So why Gordon's Shed? Who are we? We're what happens when a band that wanted to record an album got taken advantage of by a recording studio. Like many others, we paid thousands for a couple of engineers who had a nice looking place, but didn't care about us or our music. We were charged for weird things that they never discussed before hand, and then had to pay for said weird charges before the audio was released. So we did what anyone who craves justice did: we started our own studio!
Gordon's Shed has a sincere passion for music and talent, especially yours! We charge very low rates for a quality product and we believe in constant communication. You should be getting what you want while knowing what is going on! Check us out: Gordon's Shed has got the goods and the gear to give your band the sound that will get your music heard by people that you need to hear it.
As the studio's reputation continues to grow as "the little studio that can," please feel free to contact us at [email protected] for more information!
Please keep in mind that the samples on MySpace are streaming MP3s which suffer audio quality; for a demo disc, please shoot us a line and we'll happily send one to you!
