I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Born in Ohio in June of 1978, then moved with my family at the age of 9 to Alabama. Lived there for 4 years and made some really good friends, at that time friends are most important. Learned about southern living, 4 wheelers, and sports. From Alabama my family moved to Florida, where the humidity will make you take 2-3 showers per day. Went to highschool in Florida and made great friends, most of which I'm still friends with today. In Florida I turned 16, got my license and fell in love with cars. I race cars (mostly drag), legal and sometimes not. My first car was a 1968 Firebird, I bought it when I was 15 but it was not driveable untill I was 17. After a motor, tranny swap and a lot of work. I learned a lot about cars and how they work, great knowledge for the future. I have since moved on to import cars, mostly japanese mainly because its a lot of fun to see how much power you can get from a smaller motor. When I was 18 I joined the USMC, mainly to test myself and to travel. I loved the experiences it gave me and the tools it gave me to take on life and its many challenges. I've been to 9 different countries, each one gave me many experiences that I'll always remember. While in the USMC I was relocated to Southern California, because of its great weather and because its the focal point for a lot of my passions I decided to live here after I got out of the marines. I found my girlfriend here and we're still together after 6 years of her putting up with me. She is the better side of me without a doubt, she doesn't put up with my shit and she keeps me acting proper as much as she can. I have many hobbies and have decent knowledge in most of them so feel free to ask me questions if you have any. I ran a performance dept. for a large car dealership in socal. Then I started my own company with a friend it worked well but I had to leave it to prepare for the future. Now I'm back in Florida as a train conductor and what a ride its been. So to sum up what I've learned in my travels and my experiences... THE GAME OF LIFE: Lifes a game, sometimes you play people and sometimes they play you. Throughout the game you'll always learn new things and how and when to apply them. In this game you get out of it what you put in, and the biggest key is to never stop trying.
