I am fully Deaf since birth. I was born on May 9, 1967 in St. Francis Hospital in La Crosse, Wisconsin. I first learn American Sign Language when I was 4 or 5 years old in Public Schools in La Crosse as my parents not want me to go to Delvan, Wisconsin (that's where Wisconsin School of the Deaf) near Janesville, Wisconsin because it's so far from home and at first I learn oral as ASL weren't allowed in Public School on that time till my dad fought to change policy and my first ASL Teacher was William "Bill" Howard. I still have picture/frame that he drawed saying "Hi Troy" in my bedroom that I treasure it very dearly. I first realized that I had crush on male (both boys and men) when I was little boy I'd say around age 4 or 5 years old even through I don't know anything about sex if you know my meaning... my first gay sex was on my age 13 y/o with my friend on same age on that time and I knew right away that I am gay not by choice as I knew that I was born gay. I graduated from La Crosse Central High School on class of 1986. I moved to Wausau, Wisconsin for a year just to be away from my dad and to help me to IDs myself about being gay and how to deal with me being gay and also going to technical college up there on Food Services Courses. That technical college cut down that food services courses due to lack of registeration so I requested to transfer from that technical college to Western Wisconsin Technical College (WWTC) in La Crosse even through I don't want to move back to La Crosse but what other choice do I have on that time? I attend and graudate from WWTC on May 1989 and my first job was working at Taco Bell in La Crosse but didn't last long as things not working out for both of us and I requested to be let go and they approved. I got new job with Holiday Inn in La Crosse and working as food prep serve meals to guests in Island Girl Boat on Breakfast/Dinner Curises for two years before I was being let go when new owner bought Holiday Inn and I decided to go back to WWTC try different job career. I took Office Computer Specialist and graduated from WWTC on May 1994 but didn't bother to look for job More later....
