About Me
Bishop William R. Harrell, Jr., charismatic, yet a humble man of God who has certainly been born for this time to minister to the hearts of man. He is the eldest son of Deacon William R. Harrell Sr. & Sister Mary F. Harrell. Born January 15, 1957 in Hertford, North Carolina.
God has done some much to deliver this young man. As a teenager, he was an alcohol and drug abuser. The devil tried to kill him, but God had other plans. After living such a life, he sought a change and decided to move to New York in 1978, where God’s plans began to manifest. He accepted the Lord and was filled with the Holy Ghost in January 9, 1979. Shortly after, the Lord called him into the ministry under the leadership of Bishop Johnnie L. Anderson, Sr., Pastor of the Little Bethlehem Apostolic Faith C.O.G.I.C. In Brooklyn, N.Y. After showing himself faithful and receiving his biblical training at the Little Bethlehem Ministry, he was ordained in the year of 1980, as an elder of the church. Soon, thereafter, God called him into the evangelistic ministry, where God used him greatly all across the country and through his ministry many souls were delivered. To God is the glory!
The Lord blessed Elder Harrell again; he obtained the favor of God, met and married Joann Small. From this union, they are blessed with five wonderful children, little Miss Princess Tiffany, Masters Jonathan, Dashawn, Dwayne and David.
He is the founder and Pastor of The Greater Outreach Gospel Deliverance Ministry as well as, the Founder & President of The International Crusade Fellowship for all People, Inc., which both are located in Brooklyn, New York. In April 2001, elevation came again. Elder Harrell was consecrated to the office of bishop in Springfield, Mass. By Archbishop Anthony R. Monk, Presiding Bishop of the National Fellowship Council of Churches. On August 27, 2005, Bishop William R. Harrell Jr., was installed and confirmed by The Most Reverend Joseph C. Nichols, Presiding Prelate of International Churches United in Praise, Inc. to the Presiding Bishop of the International Crusade Fellowship For All People, Inc., Headquarters, Greater New York - Synod at the Philippa Schuyler Middle School, 1300 Greene Avenue, Brooklyn, New York. God has given Bishop the vision to bridge the denominational gap and join the people of God together regardless of denominational view points for mass fellowship and worship. As the blessings of the Lord continues to flow unto the humble, Bishop received his Doctorate of Divinity on June 7, 2008 by The Anointed by God Ministries, Intl Alliance & Seminary at The Charity Baptist Cathedral, Inc. 1515 Bedford Ave. Brooklyn, New York. Bishop William R. Harrell Jr. has also received his Doctorate of Philosophy of Theological Studies from The Jackson-Davis Bible College & Theological Seminary 10710 Gateway North Blvd. El Paso, Texas on the 13th day of November 2008.Bishop Harrell embraces his spiritual calling and is committed to fulfilling the purpose and will God has for his life. God’s man… a servant, a preacher, a pastor, a bishop, a husband, a father and a friend for such a time as this! To God be the glory for all that he has done.
