Global Club Culture – ABEL RIBALLO’S triumphal procession through the international House-scene continues. This extraordinary turntable artist enjoys a high popularity, not only amongst House music experts; he fascinates party people throughout all time zones.
His sound shows that ABEL has been collecting numerous musical impressions on his journeys all over the world. Generally, ABEL RIBALLO comes along with a case full of Techhouse, Progressive and Minimal. Being active for his favourite Ibiza parties „In Touch with Ibiza“ and „In Bed with Spaceâ€, the native-born Spaniard has discovered another sound passion – Pumpin’ House. Recently, he impressed his newest conquest: The great Miss Moneypenny’s radio show lets him play his innovative sets one night each month. Fans all over the world enjoy the established ABEL RIBALLO sound and look forward to his newest mixes.
Besides Miss Moneypenny Music, also other labels like Mylo Rec., Clubstar Rec., Sunrise Music, Restart Rec., Mashtronic Rec and 1980 Rec., have discovered the universally renowned DJ and signed him for numerous, successful projects.
Since 2007, ABEL RIBALLO works as producer - very successfully. His projects, each of them with its different House style, all show the many talents of this extraordinary artist – but they are all the same in one thing: his sound always is something special. Acting, always with passion, as DJ and producer, shows that this is what he is meant to do!
Also in the future, ABEL RIBALLO will make for a qualitative output and enrich the international House scene with some successful projects.
About ABEL RIBALLO
Biography: ABEL RIBALLO (29 years old), was born on November 5th 1979 in Spain and came to Germany as two-year old tot. In his youth, he spent some years in his Spanish hometown, where he strengthened his Spanish roots. The cosmopolite is now living in Cologne. He started his DJ career 2002 in well-chosen scene club throughout Germany.
2004, the multi-talented DJ began his international career with gigs in Austria and Switzerland. Though, he had his big breakthrough as resident DJ of the „In Bed with Space“ at Ibiza’s famous Space Club. During the legendary Wednesday morning party, ABEL RIBALLO played together with luminaries like David Guetta, Carl Cox, Sander Kleinenberg, Jonathan Ulysses and many more. On he Balearic high-class party, the approved DJ sublimated his funky Electro House & Pumpin House. From that summer season on, he rocks the scene around the globe - from Asia to America, in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Turkey, Rumania, Russia, his sound entices House fans to celebrate frenetically until dawn.
ABEL RIBALLO – a name that enjoys a very good reputation and popularity far beyond the borders of Germany’s club culture.
Engagements: as professional DJ, the cosmopolitan ABEL RIBALLO is always on tour, visiting world famous event, clubs and radio stations.
His weekly performances constantly enlarge his national and international fan base. Besides performances in nameable, national clubs like „Club 3001“ in Düsseldorf, „Spindler & Klatt“ in Berlin, „Zapata“ in Stuttgart, „Pacha“ in Hamburg & Munich as well as „Bootshaus“ & „Diamonds“ in Cologne, ABEL RIBALLO is a regular guest in the worlds finest clubs, too.
At „The Most“ in Moscow, the „Q-Club“ in Zurich, „La Fabrique“ in Castione, „Moa“ in Geneva, „Volksgarten“ in Vienna as well as the „Lan Club“ in Beijing, „Chi Club“ in Dubai and „The Loft“ and the „Space Club“ in Kuala Lumpur, the House scene regularly gathers to enjoy ABEL‘s sound.
Music style:
ABEL RIBALLO’S sound is characterized by its perfect symbiosis between Pumpin House, Progressive House and Funky Electro House. With his project „riballo“, ABEL assimilates genres like Minimal, Tech House and Techno. With his label „wesen & riballo“, ABEL RIBALLO, together with DJ Markus Wesen, shows his talent for Techno. The project „riballo & adilette man" concentrates on the live-performance of their tracks and points to ABEL RIBALLO's future.
Productions:
Since summer 2008, ABEL RIBALLO is signed at Moneypenny Music in England. At Moneypenny, he applies himself only to House. His actual project shows to be another great success: With „riballo“, the DJ has already published many remixes and originals on labels like Circle Music, Restart Records, Mashtronic Records, Sunrise Music USA.
Besides his project „riballo“, together with his long-lasting friend and DJ colleague Markus Wesen, he produces tracks and remixes on the label „wesen & riballo“. By „wesen & riballo“, a solo track has been published on Circle Music – and their next track is coming soon!
Markus Wesen, his friend has now also become his partner, when it comes to producing. Under „wesen & riballo“, tracks and remixes from the genres Tech House / Techno and Minimal are being produced. Lots of his productions and remixes could make it on Circle Music as well as Restart Rec., and have been produced. The project „wesen & riballo“, very promising, will guarantee a highly qualitative output in the future.
Most of the time, Sebastian Becky has been acting as producer and partner in the background of ABEL RIBALLO. Now, both have started a shared project: „abel riballo & dj kds“ in the scope of House / Electro House or as „riballo & adilette man“ in the scope of Tech-House / Minimal & Techno. Both love the variety of music and know perfectly, how to combine different styles of music, without leaving the actual genre. Music is their passion; they both love the same styles and live it from A to Z. Therefore, one can look forward to many productions in the future.
Moreover, ABEL RIBALLO is planning cooperation with his Mind Group / In Bed with Space DJ colleague Kid Chris, including conjoint tracks and remixes.
