Ah, "About Me" section...how I loathe you. I guess we can start with... I'm 23 years old, living in the city that never sleeps (which incidentally, does NOT mean that there is 24-hour delivery...sadly). I'm just living each day trying to maintain a sane and healthy adult life without too much worry or doubt. Sometimes I succeed, sometimes I don't. I love my wonderful roommates and the gorgeous apartment we live in, and, in general, have a lot to be thankful for on a daily basis. I'm perpetually at war with myself over most things. I'm one of those over-thinkers...putting way too much analysis into things. But even as such, I'm pretty laid-back, easy-going, etc. I try not to let the little things get to me TOO much. I love to laugh and I love great company and I love going to the movies and I love singing and I love interesting conversation. I have a cat named Papa who loves to hide under my bed and attack my feet. I bartend at a restaurant, which keeps me accustomed to a certain lifestyle (wake up at 2 pm, eat, go to work, get drunk, try to sleep, fall asleep at 5 am, repeat)...a lifestyle I currently hate and would like to change, in fact. I've recently become a big reader, which is new for me, so let's all have a round of applause. I've started writing a lot, working on a novel and a musical, and am constantly in the process of deciphering what direction I want to go, career-wise (despite a conservatory education in musical theater). I make it sound hectic, but really, I sleep in a lot. But then again, you already knew that if you read this far.
