About Me

If you don't know German and don't know what Tränen means, don't worry about it. It's from a song anyway.

I don't know what I did to make you cry/ How I broke your heart/ When all I did was say goodbye.

Languages. I can get by pretty well in German. I also know a little Spanish, a few phrases in French that I can't properly pronounce and a word or two each in Polish and Croatian. And I can say "Goodbye" in Russian. And during my six months in Prague, I managed to learn a few things as well. And now to learn Mandarin Chinese...

Traveling. So far I've been to Canada, Spain, Guatemala, Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Poland, England, Scotland, Hungary and Austria.

Soccer! My favorite teams are the New England Revolution and the United States Men's National Team. And I love watching Pat Noonan, Taylor Twellman, Jay Heaps, Ante Razov, Clint Dempsey and Steve Ralston play.

Revolution soccer is love.
Reading and music- look to the left.
Coffee, cooking, Magic Hat beer, German and Czech beer, German food, svickova and smazeny syr (Czech), Tiramisu, baklava, sneakers, my sweatshirt, chocolate, baguettes, my laptop, MP3 player and DVDs when I'm abroad.

My three favorite cities on Earth: Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Germany; Prague, Czech Republic; and Edinburgh, Scotland.

I can be silly, sarcastic and sarcastically dramatic. I like strange things and I rant about even stranger things.

Zuerst, ich entschuldige mich für meine schlecte Deutsch. Leider ist es nicht meine Muttersprache. Aber ich möchte sie verbessern. Ich habe etwas Deutsche in der Uni gelernt, aber meistens habe ich beim Goethe Institut in Rothenburg ob der Tauber gelernt. Es war wundertoll! Ich möchte mit jemandem schreiben, der Deutsch schon gut kennst. Wenn das überhaupt kein Sinn macht, bitte schreib mir! Also, schreib mir sowieso. Tschuss!
