History of the group:
Two years ago when David Hartfield of the Hartfield Brothers fame, wanted his own band to back his family’s singing group, he contacted Ken Pruitt, his bass player from his old band Merging Traffic. They put together a three piece band with Ken Pruitt on Bass, Curtis “Funky Foot†Moore on Drums and Linear Pruitt on Guitar. The band has since grown to a ten piece band and is known as the MeKesmo Band.
