About Me

***I am a hypnotist in Columbia, Missouri. I have completed training with the Missouri Institute of Hypnosis and with the Omni Hypnosis Center in Florida. I will soon be the very proud operator of an Omni Hypnosis Training and Distribution Center, offering hypnosis certification in central Missouri.***I currently offer private hypnosis sessions and love helping people with a variety of issues. Contact me if you want to stop smoking, lose weight, ease public speaking, remove test anxiety, increase motivation or sales, and any thing else that could improve your life.***I also work with some medical issues, but ONLY with your Doctor's written approval. This includes issues like Fibromyalgia, Depression, Phobias....anything that you normally see a medical doctor for.

My Interests

Natural health, hypnosis, the power of our minds, gardening, crocheting and reading. Drinking wine, the Pagan history of Santa, writing.

I prefer peace and quiet. Occasional fits of Rusted Root or Bob Marley. And anything I can pretend to belly dance to.

Not my favorite thing. I like to laugh-or learn something. Whatever fits that bill.

Heroes:

My mom and dad.My amazing son Jesse and daughter Amber. They have always been grand, and now, as adults, they amaze me. Oooh-and did I mention my two adorable grandgirls? Make that three adorable grandgirls! I just keep getting more and more and more of them.
